Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of your location to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability.
- Coach, support, and guide your local team to deliver high-quality results.
- Conduct interviews and manage hiring needs for your location.
- Train and onboard new employees to align with EDS standards and values.
- Serve as the main contact for facility-related needs and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and team performance.
- Ensure all EDS processes, policies, and initiatives are followed.
- Communicate key updates, performance metrics, and challenges to the Charlotte office.
- Represent EDS in the local market and uphold our brand and values.

- Schedule: Full-time, on-call as needed. Monday–Friday with potential nights/weekends depending on projects.
- Travel: As needed
- Location: Raleigh, NC (with occasional travel as needed)
- Base Salary: $85,000–$105,000
- Bonus: Based on individual and company performance
