Job Overview
The Cincinnati Dukes, a professional football organization, are seeking a dependable Game Day Operations Manager to assist in running the logistics and operations of our home games.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about football, sports management, event operations, or live sports production who wants hands-on experience working with a professional football team.
College students studying Sports Management or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and execution of game day operations
- Help coordinate staff, volunteers, and vendors
- Ensure stadium and event areas are properly set up before kickoff
- Support fan entry and overall game day experience
- Assist with sideline access and operational logistics
- Coordinate with streaming/media production teams
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the event
- Assist with post-game breakdown and cleanup
- Attend weekly planning meetings with the operations team
Qualifications
- Strong interest in football, sports management, or event operations
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
- Comfortable working outdoors during game events
Preferred Qualifications
- College Junior or Senior studying Sports Management, Business, or Event Management
- Prior experience with sporting events or live events
Work Location
In-person at Cincinnati Dukes home games.
Compensation
Part-time seasonal position. Compensation discussed during interview.
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
