Responsibilities:
- Installation, service, and maintenance of gas and oil hydronic equipment to include steam
- Installation, service, and maintenance of forced air systems and ductwork
- Installation, service, and maintenance of ductless systems
- Work directly with the estimators to review details of installations
- Lead assisting technicians on the projects to work together efficiently
- Communicating details of installation with customers as needed
- Review with customers how to operate and maintain their equipment
- This role includes on-call responsibilities
- Work overtime as needed
- Continue education and training as offered or necessary to be current with our industry
- Cross train and work with fuel division as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have 5 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Positive attitude, safe mindset, and great communications/customer skills.
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to maintain company vehicles cleanliness and stock
- EPA Universal Certified
- ***NATE Certification not required but is a plus***
