Position Information
The Executive Assistant to the Superintendent provides confidential administrative support to the Superintendent and the School Board. Additionally, this position exercises discretion and independent judgment regarding parent/guardian communications, grant applications, and professional development activities.
Shift Details: 8 hours a day; 260 day calendar
Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary: $117,657.56 to $119,714.93 (Annually) (2025-2026 Salary Schedule)

Required Qualifications
Education and Experience: Five or more years of progressively responsible administrative support experience. Prior school district experience preferred.
Licenses/Special Requirements: Possession of (or ability to obtain) a Washington State Notary Public certification.
