Role Description The Business Operations Associate is a full-time role based in Lehi, UT, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. This role supports day-to-day operational activities, including tracking key business metrics, maintaining internal process documentation, and coordinating cross-functional workflows between product, finance, and client success teams. The associate will help optimize operational processes, prepare reports and dashboards, and assist in budget tracking and resource planning to support leadership decision-making.
