Job Summary:
EDMO Distributors, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Manager to leads the company’s marketing function, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role oversees marketing campaigns, brand management, digital initiatives, market research, vendor partnerships, and the marketing team, ensuring all efforts align with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Organize schedule for email, print and web marketing efforts. Design and create print ready material including catalogs, mailers, brochures and other print pieces.
- Manage digital, social media, email, content, and traditional marketing initiatives. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners to coordinate joint marketing initiatives and promotional opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage departmental resources and workflow. Oversee all team content and provide feedback or suggest changes as needed before sent for final approval.
- Collaborate with other departments and vendors to organize events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate print production process through communication with printers and print brokers.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in the marketing industry.
- 2-3 years of leadership or management experience. Project management experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and analytics.
- Experience managing vendor co-op marketing programs and partner marketing relationships.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to travel when necessary
