Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering a seamless, elevated client experience
• Drive sales performance through client development, outreach, and wardrobing
• Support daily operations while maintaining impeccable visual and service standards
• Act as a leader on the floor—motivating, guiding, and supporting the team
• Oversee and contribute to client outreach, in-store events, and community-building initiatives
• Collaborate on social media content and marketing efforts to drive engagement
• Uphold company standards, ensuring consistency across all aspects of the client experience

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in women’s luxury retail or a client-focused environment
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow a loyal client book
• Strong leadership presence with sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about luxury fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional, unparalleled client experience
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
• Weekend availability required
