The Edit, a social-first creative agency, is seeking a highly motivated Production Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in production, studio management, and creative operations. You’ll work directly with our Production & Studio Manager to keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Production & Studio Manager with day-to-day studio and shoot operations
- Steam and prep wardrobe for shoots
- Pack, unpack, and organize client and prop inventory
- Handle Amazon/UPS returns and shipping logistics
- Google Drive file/folder organization and upkeep
- Assist with craft services, coffee runs, and on-set errands
- Maintain studio upkeep, organization and administrative tasks
- Serve as a reliable right hand in ensuring productions run efficiently
Who You Are
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A self-starter who’s eager to learn and take direction
- Flexible and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable with physical tasks like steaming, packing, and carrying boxes
- Interested in creative production, fashion, or media (prior experience a plus, but not required)
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and Canva preferred
