Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

Location: Buffalo, New York

Project: Data Centre (Mission Critical)

Duration: Long-term contract / project-based

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join a major data centre project in Buffalo, New York. This role will be responsible for overseeing all on-site electrical works, ensuring delivery is aligned with project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations within a fast-paced mission critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all electrical installation activities on site
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Drive project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
• Supervise works related to HV/LV systems, switchgear, UPS, generators, and power distribution
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site protocols
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Support commissioning and energisation phases
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives
• Maintain high standards of QA/QC throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent (or similar senior site role)
• Data centre / mission critical project experience is essential
• Strong electrical background with knowledge of power infrastructure systems
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects and subcontractors
• Familiarity with commissioning processes and project handover
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Desirable:

• Experience on hyperscale data centre builds
• Relevant electrical certifications / qualifications
• Previous experience working in the US market
