Signal Integrity Engineer
Location: Santa Barbara - Onsite

Key skills:
- Strong experience in Signal Integrity for high-speed systems (100G–200G per lane)
- Experience with channel modeling, simulation, and lab correlation
- Knowledge of equalization techniques (FFE, DFE, CTLE)
- Solid background in high-speed PCB design and system architecture
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, BERTs, VNAs)
