Signal Integrity Engineer

Location: Santa Barbara - Onsite

Compensation: Strong Base Salary Bonus Equity

Key skills:

  • Strong experience in Signal Integrity for high-speed systems (100G–200G per lane)
  • Experience with channel modeling, simulation, and lab correlation
  • Knowledge of equalization techniques (FFE, DFE, CTLE)
  • Solid background in high-speed PCB design and system architecture
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, BERTs, VNAs)
