Senior Engineering Manager – Critical Power & Power Electronics
Location: Ohio | Up to $180,000 per annum
We're partnering with a global engineering and technology business seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams across product engineering, sustaining engineering, and test/validation functions.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving new product development, improving product reliability, resolving complex technical challenges, and shaping the future roadmap of advanced power electronics and critical power solutions.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 10 years of engineering leadership experience
• Strong background in UPS systems, power electronics, battery systems, power conversion, or critical power infrastructure
• Experience leading product development and cross-functional engineering teams
• Proven track record delivering complex electromechanical products from concept through launch
