Technical Project Lead (Engineering)

We’re supporting a global leader in critical power and infrastructure to hire a Technical Project Lead, ideal for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer who has delivered full lifecycle projects and is ready to step into a broader, cross-functional role or a Junior technical engineer looking to evolve their skillset.
The role:
- Lead engineering projects from concept through to product launch
- Translate requirements into technical specifications and drive delivery across teams
- Act as the bridge across electrical, mechanical, firmware and manufacturing
- Own project tracking, milestones and technical decisions
- Drive RCA (root cause analysis) and issue resolution
- Work on complex power distribution / switching systems
What we’re looking for:
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background
- 5 years delivering full product lifecycle projects
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Experience in problem-solving / RCA environments
- Ambitious engineer looking to step into a leadership pathway
Nice to have:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Scrum / Agile (SMC) experience or certification
