We are seeking an experienced DDC Programmer to join our team and start ASAP. This role is responsible for the programming, commissioning, and ongoing support of Building Automation Systems (BAS) across a range of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Distech and Siemens systems and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a project team.
Responsibilities
- Program, configure, and support DDC control systems using Distech and Siemens platforms
- Develop control logic, graphics, and sequences in accordance with project specifications
- Commission new systems and perform functional testing
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and optimize existing BAS installations
- Provide technical support during project delivery and handover
- Ensure all work complies with relevant standards, safety requirements, and best practices
Qualifications
- N4 certification (required)
- Minimum 5 years of DDC programming experience
- Demonstrated experience working with Distech and Siemens BAS
- Strong understanding of HVAC control strategies and system operation
Required Skills
- Advanced DDC programming using Distech
- Advanced DDC programming using Siemens
- Fault finding, commissioning, and system optimization
- Ability to read and interpret control schematics and technical documentation
Pay Range and Compensation Package
- Salary up to $120,000, depending on experience
