$150,000- $180,000 bonus depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center programs across the United States.

This is a senior-level position focused on managing complex, high-value programs supporting some of the world's leading technology and cloud providers. You will oversee multiple projects, sites, contractors, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of hyperscale data center programs from early planning through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, and project teams across different sites.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate with hyperscale clients, General Contractors, EPCs, MEP contractors, commissioning teams, and key vendors.
• Drive delivery across critical electrical, mechanical, controls, BMS/EPMS, and commissioning scopes.
• Monitor program performance, construction progress, schedule risks, dependencies, and commercial performance.
• Lead senior-level client and stakeholder meetings, providing clear reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation plans to protect schedule and delivery.
• Ensure projects meet strict quality, safety, technical, commissioning, and client-specific standards.
• Drive coordination between design, procurement, construction, QA/QC, startup, and commissioning teams.
• Support rapid project mobilisation and delivery within highly demanding hyperscale environments.
• Establish and implement consistent program processes, reporting structures, and best practices across multiple sites.
• Support client relationships, future project opportunities, and strategic account growth.
• Travel approximately 50% to active data center project sites and client locations.

Requirements

• 8 years' experience in Program Management, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering hyperscale or large-scale data center projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, electrical infrastructure, mechanical systems, controls, QA/QC, startup, and commissioning.
• Experience managing large project teams, multiple contractors, and complex stakeholder groups.
• Previous experience working with hyperscale clients, major General Contractors, EPCs, or mission-critical organizations preferred.
• Strong understanding of data center construction and delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and contractual requirements.
• Excellent client-facing, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where schedule, quality, safety, and reliability are critical.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% across the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.
