Mechanical Engineer III

A leading engineering and manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer III to take a technical role in the design and development of complex E-House structures and mechanical assemblies.
You’ll be responsible for structural integrity, thermal performance, manufacturability, cost optimisation and seismic design, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams from concept through to production.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4 years’ experience designing E-Houses, enclosures or large fabricated structures
- Strong experience with welded/fabricated structures
- Understanding of seismic, environmental and load requirements
- Experience taking designs into production
- Technical/project leadership experience
- Proficiency with SolidWorks, Creo or similar CAD
