Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Manager

Edison Smart is actively seeking an experienced Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Manager to join our client's growing team in Houston, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the successful delivery of smart building and automation projects across commercial, healthcare, industrial, education, and mission-critical facilities.

The BAS Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of building automation and controls projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge of building controls systems, excellent client-facing skills, and proven project management experience

• l.Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and customer requirement
• s.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and management team

Qualificati

• onsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Automation, or a related technical field preferr
• ed.5 years of experience managing Building Automation Systems, HVAC Controls, or Smart Building projec
• ts.Experience with BAS platforms such as Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Tridium Niagara, Distech, or similar syste
• ms.Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls sequences, networking, and system integrati
• on.Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer relationshi
• ps.Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and other building automation communication protoco
