Senior Building Automation Controls Technician

We’re looking for a skilled Building Automation Controls Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with commercial HVAC controls, system troubleshooting, and field commissioning. Niagara experience or certification (N4/Niagara Framework) is required.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot building automation and HVAC control systems
- Program, integrate, and maintain Niagara-based systems.
- Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning
- Diagnose network, sensor, and equipment issues in the field
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure system performance
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and upgrades
Qualifications:
- Niagara certification or proven hands-on Niagara Framework experience
- 5 years in building automation, HVAC controls, or related field
- Understanding of HVAC systems, low-voltage controls, and networking basics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
