Associate Construction Manager – Data Centres
Lubbock, Texas
Currently looking for an Associate Construction Manager to support a major hyperscale data centre project based in Lubbock, Texas.
This role will work closely alongside senior construction and project leadership teams, supporting day-to-day site operations, coordination, and project delivery across large-scale mission critical builds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the management of daily construction activities on-site
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Assist with scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting
• Monitor health & safety and quality standards across the project
• Work alongside QA/QC and commissioning teams to support project turnover
• Attend site meetings and communicate updates with project stakeholders
• Help drive project milestones and ensure works are completed in line with programme requirements
Requirements:
• Previous construction or project coordination experience
• Data centre or mission critical experience is beneficial
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work within fast-paced construction environments
• Willingness to learn and develop within large-scale projects
