To be successful as a F&B Manager you will need to be:

Regular duties for the F&B Manager:
- Review member portal app for daily business insights.
- Prepare pre- and post-shift reports for staff to align with daily business levels.
- Attend member programming events to help with event operations and logistics.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage division, ensuring all service standards are executed and met.
-Monitor the operation of food outlets and catering to ensure compliance with all standards and procedures established by the company as well as health and regulatory standards and policies.
-Manage the glassware and OSE at the bars.

Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry with 1-2 years' experience managing others
- Social and curious, with an intuitive understanding of how to develop culture and entertainment that will be best-in-State.
- Standard technological proficiency (Microsoft Suite, and ability to learn and manage our events management system)
