Essential Job Functions:
- Display and encourage teamwork among employees and customers
- Maintain positive working relationships with all employees and customers
- Communicate effectively with peers, clients, and members of management
- Gather all necessary equipment needed to perform the task at hand
- Direct crews on the job
- Assist crews when advice is needed or just a helping hand is needed
- Must be in constant communication with crews and job representative on the job
- Make sure all employees work in a safe and timely manner
- Prepare and complete all documentation needed to make work ticket on each job
- Turn in all documentation to crew coordinator
- Attend all training courses that are required by the Company
- Complete all tasks assigned by management not to exceed the physical requirements of the job description
