Work Hours

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

AP responsibilities, coding, etc.
Issuing material batches for job costing
Answering Phones
AR - Scan and email invoices
Job number processing
Filing and Office Support

Preferred Experience

High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
Proficient in Excel and Word
