Work Hours

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • AP responsibilities, coding, etc.
  • Issuing material batches for job costing
  • Answering Phones
  • AR - Scan and email invoices
  • Job number processing
  • Filing and Office Support

Preferred Experience

  • High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
