**FIRST SHIFT -- Monday-Friday -- On-call rotation**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job Skills and Knowledge
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production equipment.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production as needed.
- Perform skills for troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment and plant facilities.
- Operate equipment with guidelines
- Monitor and react to operation problems
Quality
- Knowledge of company and product standards
- Meet quality standards with minimal error rate.
Flexibility/Attendance
- Willing to work alternate shifts, schedules, and/or hours to meet production needs
- Punctual with regards to schedule and clock ins and outs.

- Meet the production schedule and deadlines.
- Improve and maintain systems in clear order.

- Train the operators once a new system is installed, or if operators have questions
about the equipment.

- Complies with all company policies and procedures giving special attention to
safety regulations.

- Understand the requirements of the environmental program.
- Practice awareness and conforms to the programs.
Other Duties as Assigned Items may include but not limited to:
- Clean snow and debris from walkways as needed.
- Complete minor routine painting, plumbing, carpentry, and other related
maintenance activities using hand tools.
- Replace light bulbs and air conditioner filters as needed.
Qualifications and Physical Requirements
To perform this job function successfully the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and to agreed standards
- Ability to train and pass forklift operator’s license.
- Ability to routinely lift 25-75 lbs, and occasionally lift 76 to greater than 100 lbs.
- Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours.
- Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, feeling required.
- Must be able to qualify for respiratory protection equipment use.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Trade school education - maintenance focus
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
