The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed
- Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Conduct site visits and lead project meetings
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly
- Review and approve project costs, invoices, and progress payments
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout construction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Procore, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel up to 60% (mostly mid-week travel)
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
