This is a position for a Receptionist/Assistant at a three doctor chiropractic practice.
As a Receptionist/Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing front desk operations. This role requires strong computer skills, organizational abilities, and effective phone etiquette. You will handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management, ensuring smooth office operations. No prior experience is needed, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their clerical and customer support skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering multiple phones and scheduling patients
- Checking patients in and out
- Collecting payments
- Verifying patient's eligibility and benefits
- Cleaning the office and treatment rooms
- Filing
- Billing when needed
- Maintaining HIPAA compliance
Schedule:
3 days per week. Mondays 1 PM until 7 PM. Tuesdays and Thursdays 12 PM until 6 PM. No weekends necessary. Flexible hours may occasionally be necessary when other staff or doctors are on vacation.
Qualifications:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay varies depending on experience/education with raises based on performance. Training will be provided.
