Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Engage with members and guests to provide a welcoming and personalized bar experience.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specials.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all state and local liquor laws.
- Accurately process orders and handle transactions as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Monitor guest experience and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
- May be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, or lifting
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required (1 Year)
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or as required by state law for alcohol service)
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service techniques preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with members, guests, and team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work with a wide range of personalities, even in challenging situations
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Mandatory availability for weekends
- Evening availability required
