We are currently searching for a Project Manager to join our team. The incumbent will work with a group of talented construction professionals that support our project teams, executive team, business developers, ownership leaders, subcontractor partners and administrative teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position will support current and upcoming projects in the Upstate, SC area.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Budget management
- Project buyout execution
- Accounts receivable oversight
- Subcontractor procurement and agreements
- Shop drawing and submittal management
- Schedule creation and management
- Safety and quality plan implementation
- Client satisfaction and team collaboration
Qualifications:
- College degree in construction management, engineering, or similar or equivalent work experience
- 7 years’ experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of five years in project management
- Top candidates will possess strong knowledge of the local Charlotte, NC area
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Procore is a plus
