Customer Service Representative Edible Arrangements
Edible Arrangements of Exton is Looking for Customer Representatives to join our Team/Family. No Experience is Needed, we will train you along the way.
This is a PART TIME position, roughly 30 hours per week with rotational weekends included.
Note:
- During Holiday hours you will be working more than those hours.
Duties Include:
- Answering Phones in a Polite Friendly Manner ( Smile, it shows on the phone)
- Making Arrangements & Wrapping Them
- Some Kitchen Help ( Cutting Fruit & Cleaning )
- Checking Inventory
- Handling Cash & Following Register Policies
- Dealing with customer satisfaction issues
- Taking Orders over the phone and actively up selling to bring up your sales average(selling expensive items frequently could lead to a BONUS)
Requirements
- Organized
- Quick Learner
- Able to talk on the phone while typing and navigating through computer screens
- Ability to work alone or in a group setting
- Multitasker
- Manage your time/prioritize
- Self Starter
Our Hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Sunday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
