Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated ERP System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the maintenance, accuracy, and integrity of master data within our SAP system. This role is critical for ensuring that business operations run smoothly by providing accurate and timely master data management.
Responsibilities
Master Data Management:
" Junior-level candidate (minimum 3 years' experience)
" Background in manufacturing, corporate, or retail industries preferred
" Ideally familiar with complex product/SKU structures (fashion experience a plus)
Core Skills:
" Strong SQL skills: running queries, understanding databases, data extraction, and comparison
" Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, conversion tracking, and uploads
" Ability to write documentation, perform data mapping, and understand end-to-end data flows
" Experience with IT systems and interfaces; less emphasis on SAP expertise, more on systems analysis
Responsibilities:
" Support data conversion activities (extract, validate, test data with users)
" Post go-live: monitor and test interfaces, handle tickets, update vendors, and support new customer setups
" Work through data governance and participate in key project decisions
" Collaborate closely with project teams, SAP teams, and business leaders
" Communicate issues and progress clearly under tight timelines and pressure
" Support US operations and project teams

- Create, update, and maintain master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Validate data entries to ensure consistency and accuracy across all modules.
- Perform routine audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet master data requirements.
- Provide technical support to end-users for data-related issues in SAP.
- Assist in resolving system errors related to master data.
- Support the implementation of new data governance practices and tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline master data processes and improve system efficiency.
- Analyze master data to support business during transition from legacy system to SAP.
- Working on data quality and changes with the business owners & stakeholders during conversion aligned to HQ Global policy and governance.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for data management processes and guidelines.
- Assist in training team members and stakeholders on master data procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of systems analysis and design experience in manufactory/retail companies a must
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel capabilities are a must
- Strong understanding of business processes & IT
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
