Sales & Recruiting Manager – IT & Non-IT Staffing

What You'll Do
- Win new clients and build long-term relationships across IT and Non-IT sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, submit, close
- Lead client and vendor communications end-to-end
- Drive placements and grow your own book of business
What You Bring
- 5 years US staffing sales & recruitment experience
- Established US/Canada client and candidate network
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM and job boards (Ceipal, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.)
💰 Incentive Structure (Verified Activity)
- Candidate submission: 10 qualified/month → $500/month
- Client interview: Confirmed by both parties → $250/interview
- Successful placement: Candidate joins payment received → $1,000/placement
- High performer bonus: 3 placements/month → $2,000 bonus
- Client outreach responses: 10 new/month → $500/month
- Recruiter referral: Active 3 months → 25% of their monthly payout
- Social media posts: 10 posts/month → $250/month
💰 Earn From Day One — Activity Pays, Not Just Placements
Unlike commission-only roles, EdHike pays for consistent activity from month one: submissions, interviews, outreach, and referrals.
Example: Month with No Placements
- 50 candidate submissions → $2,500
- 10 interviews scheduled → $2,500
- 10 client responses → $500
- 10 social posts → $250
Total ~ $5,750 before a single placement
Example: Month with 3 Placements
- Same activity payouts as above
- 3 successful placements → $3,000
- High performer 3 closures bonus → $2,000
Total Potential ~ $10,750
How It Works
- Engagement: 1099 contractor until first verified placement. Post-placement, EdHike may offer a W2 Director role.
- Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, ATS, and marketing support from day one.
- Equipment: Bring your own device.
- Taxes & Benefits: Contractor responsible for own taxes, health insurance, and statutory obligations.
- Termination: Either party may end with 7 days notice; all earned commissions paid.

This is not employment. No employer-employee relationship is created. W2 transition is discretionary and requires separate agreement. 6-month non-solicitation applies post-engagement.
