- Answer and route phone calls promptly using the community’s greeting standard
- Handle mail distribution, filing, and basic correspondence
- Maintain accurate referral, mailing, and customer information lists
- Assist with move-in processes and data entry
- Escort guests as needed and provide non-confidential information about the community
- Support special events, from setup to breakdown
- Ensure a safe and secure environment, following established safety standards
- Present a polished, professional image at all times
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Proficiency with basic office equipment and computer applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, courteous, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Compassion and genuine care for older adults and their families
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Must receive the annual flu vaccine (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
Salary : $15 - $17
