Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Specialist at the Edgeworth Club in Sewickley, PA. The Maintenance Specialist will perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities to ensure their proper functioning. Daily tasks include identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues, performing inspections, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all systems are safely running at optimal condition.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment and facility issues
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with others as part of a team
- Flexibility to respond to emergencies and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic knowledge of relevant safety protocols and regulations related to maintenance work
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance or related field is a plus
- Prior experience in facility or equipment maintenance roles is preferred
