Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee daily housekeeping operations and help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, residents, or employees. In this role, you will lead housekeeping staff, support quality standards, and help deliver an exceptional experience through consistent service and attention to detail.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping team members.
• Assign work tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure completion of cleaning schedules.
• Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to confirm cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Train, coach, and support team members on procedures, safety practices, and service expectations.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages or equipment needs.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and communication across departments as needed.
• Address guest, resident, or management concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Support hiring, onboarding, performance feedback, and disciplinary processes as appropriate.
• Promote a positive team environment and uphold organizational standards at all times.

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safe chemical handling.
