- Executing maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, drywall/plaster, painting, and building envelope issues
- Reading and understanding blueprints
- Supervising maintenance staff when necessary

- 5 years of experience with Real Page or other program
- Ability to read and write English clearly and concisely
- Basic arithmetic skills, including measurement, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Competency in using general office equipment, such as personal computers, telephones, and photocopying machines
