Position Overview
This is a consultative sales role focused on selling headstones and monuments, guiding families through high-importance purchasing decisions with professionalism and accuracy. You will work alone in-person at a showroom in Fort Worth doing in-person consultations and phone/email sales with out-of-state clients.
What You’ll Do
- Work exclusively with warm, inbound leads (no cold calling)
- Conduct consultations with customers selecting memorials
- Guide customers through monument options, materials, and pricing
- Manage inbound leads and follow up consistently until closed
- Close sales and collect deposits
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
- Coordinate with cemeteries
