As an RN Manager at Edgewood, you’ll be in charge of supervising a team that provides our residents with exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
- Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
- Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations
- Assess current and prospective residents
- Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
Qualifications:
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience supervising staff
- Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
- Passion and drive for helping others
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
