Join our team as an RN Manager in a day shift role with excellent benefits, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $77,000 - $80,000/year.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train clinical staff
  • Oversee resident care plans and ensure quality care delivery
  • Assess residents and assist in hiring staff
  • Adhere to HIPAA and company policies

Qualifications

  • Current RN license
  • Experience supervising staff, preferably in geriatrics or assisted living
  • Passion for helping others and a desire to learn
