Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for our clinical services lines
- Drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction
- Lead initiatives to expand services, grow census, and enter new markets
- Oversee day-to-day operations of primary care clinics, home health, hospice, and outpatient therapy departments
- Regularly travel to our different locations
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field, required
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or MSN), preferred
- Five years of healthcare leadership experience, including multi-site or multi-state operations
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
- Passion and drive for helping others
