Mobile Drop-In Center Manager-This position is full-time (40 hours), non-exempt, on-site, five days a week.

- Operate and oversee the Mobile Drop-in program five days a week, occasionally on the weekends, including driving the mobile unit to community sites, outreach events, and resource distribution locations
- Develop, cultivate, and sustain partnerships with external providers and community organizations to strategically schedule Mobile Drop-in visits, expand outreach, and increase access to services for participants
- Plan, coordinate, and implement community-based programming and direct services, ensuring meaningful engagement with participants in non-traditional settings
- Recruit, train, supervise, and coach relief Peer Partners, fostering a positive, safe, and empowering environment for both staff and participants
- Provide on-site leadership in the community, ensuring participant and staff safety while maintaining program quality and responsiveness
- Manage program budget and meet fiscal responsibilities in partnership with the Associate Director
- Monitor staff performance and task completion; proactively identify and address barriers, and implement solutions to ensure program effectiveness
- Serve as a key decision-maker in daily operations, including in the absence of the Associate Director
- Coordinate staff schedules, including breaks and coverage, in collaboration with the Drop-in Center Manager for the Relief Peer Partners.
- Support outreach and communication efforts, including development of social media content and regular updates to the Mobile Drop-in schedule (website, email, and social platforms)
- Complete administrative, documentation, and program support tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in and contribute to staff meetings, trainings, and retreats
- Regards 18-25 year olds and other persons in the community with dignity, competence and engages them as full collaborators in service planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Understands and values cultural and racial differences, their alternative perspectives on mental illness, help-seeking and alternative healing practices, as well as lifestyles, goals, family, and community life.
- Attends and actively participates in supervision; enlists support, requests and integrates feedback.
- Maintains positive work relationships in a respectful and collaborative manner.
- Completes documentation and required paperwork thoroughly and in a timely manner, which includes meeting monthly efficiency requirements for the position.
- Respects participants privacy and handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Maintains confidential health records of young adults in compliance with the Edgewood, EPSDT, and San Mateo County Behavioral Health standards and regulations.
- Collaborates and communicates with internal and external stakeholders, in a manner that promotes agency mission, vision, and values; agency and area goals; consumer and family satisfaction; and highest quality care.

Applied Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Possesses a valid California driver's license, in good standing, and automobile insurance.
- At least 2 years’ experience working as a member of a team and providing support to individuals between the ages of 14-30.
- 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Familiarity with at-risk, disenfranchised, and/or marginalized populations.
- Possesses strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop, cultivate and adapt to the diverse cultural backgrounds of our clients.
- Thinks independently and can make informed decisions when needed.
- Ability to work afternoon and evening hours Monday-Friday, and some weekends.
Salary Information
This position has a salary range of $33.65-$36.06
