Drop-In Center Manager-This position is full-time (40 hours), non-exempt, on-site, five days a week.

- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate Peer Partners; provide ongoing coaching and support
- Oversee daily program operations, including on-site services and activities
- Ensure participant and staff safety, engagement, and adherence to program standards
- Manage program budget and fiscal responsibilities in partnership with the Associate Director
- Monitor staff performance and ensure completion of assigned responsibilities; address barriers and implement solutions
- Coordinate staff schedules, including breaks and shift coverage for Peer Partners. Work in conjunction with Mobile Drop-in Manager to schedule relief Peer Partners for site coverage.
- Support planning, coordination, and facilitation of groups, workshops, meals, outings, and enrichment activities with Peer Partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., TAY FSP) to ensure effective referrals and warm handoffs for Edgewood clients.
- Communicates with Edgewood’s Facilities Department to report maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment
- Support outreach efforts, including community engagement and promotion of services in collaboration with Drop-in Center leadership and coordinators.
- Contribute to program marketing and social media efforts in collaboration with staff and participants
- Attend and actively participate in supervision, team meetings, trainings, and retreats
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and meet reporting and efficiency requirements
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards, including HIPAA, EPSDT, and county regulations
- Completes documentation and required paperwork thoroughly and in a timely manner, which includes meeting monthly efficiency requirements for the position.
- Respects participants privacy and handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Maintains confidential health records of young adults in compliance with the Edgewood, EPSDT, and San Mateo County Behavioral Health standards and regulations.
- Collaborates and communicates with internal and external stakeholders, in a manner that promotes agency mission, vision, and values; agency and area goals; consumer and family satisfaction; and highest quality care.
- Other duties as assigned.
Applied Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Possesses a valid California driver's license, in good standing, and automobile insurance.
- At least 2 years’ experience working as a member of a team and providing support to individuals between the ages of 14-30.
- 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Familiarity with at-risk, disenfranchised, and/or marginalized populations.
- Possesses strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop, cultivate and adapt to the diverse cultural backgrounds of our clients.
- Think independently and can make informed decisions when needed.
- Ability to work afternoon and evening hours Monday-Friday, and some weekends.
Salary Information
This position has a hourly rate range of: $33.65-$36.06
