We are seeking a motivated and innovative IT & Emerging Technology Intern to support our team in developing and maintaining digital solutions across enterprise platforms and immersive technologies. This role offers hands-on experience with SharePoint content management, IT software deployment, and cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) and 3D modeling initiatives.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and innovative IT & Emerging Technology Intern to support our team in developing and maintaining digital solutions across enterprise platforms and immersive technologies. This role offers hands-on experience with SharePoint content management, IT software deployment, and cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) and 3D modeling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain a centralized SharePoint content hub, ensuring usability, organization, and accessibility of information
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and support of IT software applications across the organization
- Collaborate with team members to develop and deploy virtual reality (VR) experiences and 3D models for training, visualization, or operational use
- Support documentation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and applications
- Participate in project planning and provide input on technology improvements and innovation initiatives
- Recently obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or currently enrolled in a 4-year program (Junior or Senior year preferred)
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint or similar content management systems
- Familiarity with IT systems, software deployment processes, or scripting tools
- Exposure to or interest in virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), or 3D modeling tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform)
- Basic understanding of networking or system administration concepts
- Portfolio or coursework demonstrating VR or 3D development projects
- United States Citizenship
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IT systems and emerging technologies
- Exposure to real-world applications of VR and 3D modeling
- Mentorship from experienced professionals
