What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at Just Store It!?
Act as the frontline representative for customers, managing rentals, inquiries, payments, and facility access to deliver exceptional service and support revenue growth through unit sales, add-ons, and truck rentals at participating locations. Must be willing to use your own vehicle to service un-staffed locations with mileage reimbursement. Must be willing to drive up to 26ft Penske rental trucks for repositioning and refueling. We're currently hiring for Monday through Friday 1pm-8pm shifts for approximately 35hrs per week. Other shifts include 8am-2pm M-F and Weekend shifts.
Pay: $13.50 - $16.50 per hour
