Position Summary

The position requires both strategic project oversight and hands-on field leadership, including weekday and weekend coverage as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate construction activities with Engineering and Project Management to meet safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals
- Provide day-to-day field supervision of craft personnel and subcontractors
- Plan and monitor daily work activities, ensuring readiness (permits, materials, workforce)
- Enforce safety standards, conduct briefings, and ensure compliance with site procedures and codes
- Track progress, productivity, and costs; report status to project leadership
- Inspect fieldwork for quality, efficiency, and adherence to design/specifications
- Coordinate material deliveries, manpower planning, and equipment needs
- Identify and resolve field issues; escalate as needed
- Prepare documentation including daily reports, change notices, and work orders
- Support constructability reviews and project execution planning
- High school diploma
- 10 years of project management and construction experience with field supervision, project coordination, and subcontractor oversight
- Experience in industrial or regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of safety practices, construction processes, and documentation
- OSHA 30 or equivalent preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work extended hours, including weekends
- Field-based role requiring frequent walking, standing, climbing, and work in industrial environments
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- United States Citizenship
