About Us:
We are a close group of therapists who love what we do: helping patients get better and return to activities they love. At Edgewater Physical Therapy we are anything but the typical corporate PT mill. We believe in one-on-one care, creatinga supportive environment for growth, and fostering a strong work-life balance. Edgewater is currently planning expansion into a new clinic located in Portland's Deering Center at Stevens Square. This newly renovated space includes a community gym, pool, basketball court, and outdoor turf. In this new space, we need a superstar patient services coordinator to help us keep the energy high and the operations smooth!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the Face of Our Clinic: Welcome patients with a big smile, handle check-ins and check-outs, and make everyone feel right at home.
- Master the Phone and Email: Answer calls, field emails, and handle inquiries
- Handle Admin: Manage patient records, insurance info, insurance verifications/eligibility (training provided) and keep the office running like a well-oiled machine!
- Support: Work closely with the onsite therapist to ensure everything flows seamlessly and our patients are happy.
