Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives .
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration , Management or related field with 3 years or relevant experience , r elevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Master’s degree ( Bachelor ’s degree plus 5 years of experience) .
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance or equivalent .
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2 , etc.).
- Experience in enterprise IT
