Job Overview:

Duties:

- Cook and plate dishes accurately and efficiently during service hours
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth food production
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a catering or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Familiarity with menu planning and execution
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus
