Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand each customer’s needs, crafting personalized sales solutions that highlight the value of our products, services, and promotional offerings
- Build lasting customer loyalty through attentive listening, consultative communication, and strong knowledge of our client services
- Handle sensitive customer information responsibly and uphold all compliance protocols related to service and sales
- Use available tools, resources, and sales strategies to anticipate needs, provide first-contact resolution, and recommend tailored sales solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets set by Senior Customer Service Representatives, including customer satisfaction scores, sales metrics, compliance standards, and productivity goals
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or current enrollment preferred
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or related field is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in customer service or consultative sales
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both Sales and Customer Service teams to achieve shared goals
- Genuine passion for helping people and building meaningful connections
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and fun sales environment
- Dependable, flexible, and available for full-time hours
- Intelligent, self-aware, and grounded
