Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' physical and mental health status
- Administer medications according to prescribed protocols
- Conduct substance abuse assessments to inform care plans
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of nursing experience outside of clinicals
- Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Proven patient care skills in a clinical setting
- Experience in substance abuse treatment preferred but not required
- Competence in medication administration
- Strong clinical assessment abilities
- Ability to educate patients about their care and treatment
