Job Type: Part-Time – Friday / Saturday; 11 pm -7 am.
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Job Description
The Night Auditor is responsible for providing overnight front desk services, assisting hotel guests, reconciling daily financial transactions, and completing the hotel's nightly audit procedures. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently during overnight hours while maintaining excellent guest service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, and guest billing.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel management systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
