Assembly Technician
Location: Taunton, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Taunton, MA. In this role, you will assemble, solder, test, and prepare small electronic assemblies used in our products. Responsibilities
As an Assembly Technician, you will:
- Read and interpret part drawings and work instructions to build small assemblies.
- Clean, sand, and prepare parts for assembly.
- Solder small wires and electronic components according to specifications.
- Assemble, pot, seal, label, and test completed assemblies.
- Use manufacturing software to track work orders and production progress.
- Maintain accurate inventory of components and finished assemblies.
- Support other team members and assist with additional production tasks as needed.
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of soldering experience.
- Experience assembling small parts.
- Ability to read and follow part drawings and work instructions.
- Experience using hand tools and taking accurate measurements with a tape measure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to distinguish wire colors and read small labels.
- Ability to safely use soldering irons and other hand tools.
