2nd Shift Monday – Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm (Alternating Saturday work)

Pay: $19-21/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team in Exeter, NH. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations within a cold storage environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory control, with the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks to load, unload, and move materials.
• Perform order picking and packing using RF scanners to ensure order accuracy.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist in stock rotation using the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and handle materials safely using proper lifting techniques.
• Provide support and leadership as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks highly preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and OSHA safety regulations.
• Comfortable working in a cold storage environment (cooler and freezer).
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
